Session Title: Revolutionizing the Science of Emotions for Business Success

Deepen customer engagement by understanding the power of subconscious emotions in critical decision making to motivate a change in behavior from your customers, partners and employees. This new, revolutionary research methodology prioritizes the subconscious and conscious emotions. Experience first hand the power of this tool and impact to your business whether defining a product, growing a market, building a brand, testing a campaign or message, etc. This approach identifies a respondent's deep "inner truths", eliminates biases and provides a scalable, online means to help your organization understand the passions and aspirations that will drive better outcomes quickly. There is no other methodology like it. Come try it from your mobile device and experience the power to drive more meaningful results. Attendees will run through a research question and then we will walk through the results so that participants can see the power of what unites us and what makes us different on any topic.  By understanding these motivational triggers your organization can drive deeper engagement externally and internally. This session is most applicable for: CEO, CMO, VP Marketing, VP Market Intelligence, VP Human Resources, Director Marketing, Director Marketing Insights, Director Employee Relations and Business or Data Analyst.

Session Title: Cloud promiscuity and the future of your stuff

In today's world, we are all connecting to multiple clouds via our work and personal devices. Many of us are using a dozen clouds or more to store files, photos, videos, messages, and other important data. Yet, most of us also don't know where everything lives and how to recover it in the face of a disaster. Come visit with the team at Carbonite to spend an hour understanding where all your stuff really lives, the implications for security and privacy, and how to have better cloud hygiene in the future.

Yes, in places you'd never expect! Visit with Powerhouse Dynamics CEO Martin Flusberg for interactive demos of multiple aspects of our SiteSage platform; a hardware and test facility tour (including our “test kitchen”, where you’ll see how embedded sensors are being used in cooking equipment); and a tour of our new offices. Session Title: "Agility Experienced. Success Realized."

CloudHealth is a company where employees are able to challenge themselves and achieve success, while doing something meaningful and having fun at the same time. Years ago, CTO and Founder Joe Kinsella established CloudHealth with nothing more than a laptop and the cloud. Today, CloudHealth is one of Boston's fastest growing tech companies, offering the industry's most comprehensive (and trusted) cloud management platform (recently recognized as the most innovative cloud technology of the year by MassTLC).

Session attendees will gain insider knowledge from Joe on how to convert an initial concept into a viable technology, resulting in the growth of a successful company (made up of inspired employees), focused on sparking positive change - worldwide. Joe will give attendees a tase of the agile company experience and related success that comes with a genuine focus on dynamic interactions between groups and departments.

Session attendees will:
-Walk through an agile "Release Cycle"
-Learn about stand-ups, sprint planning, demo days and hackathons
-Gain a "behind-the-scenes" perspective with regard to releasing functionality to the field
-Learn what it takes to create a company culture that truly innovates
-Understand how to acquire customers by innovating on their behalf
-Participate in a fun and insightful discussion, while enjoying a local Trillium brew.

Throughout the entire session, Joe will offer his unique perspectives on growing a company, while sharing his vision as a technology innovator, serial entrepreneur and successful startup founder. Attendees will leave with a true sense of how it feels to be part of a rapidly growing (and evolving) company like CloudHealth Technologies.

Suggested Audience: Startup founders, product managers, tech-focused entrepreneurs and college graduates who are interested in learning what it takes to innovate without constraints.
