Session Title: Synthetic Biology as the Next Frontier of Technology 

In this engaging session, Creative Director Christina Agapakis will discuss how Ginkgo Bioworks is shaping the future of synthetic biology. Attendees will be given a tour of the world's first organism engineering foundry, Ginkgo's Bioworks1, a fully automated 18,000 square foot facility using automation to advance and scale the process of biological engineering. Session attendees will also have the opportunity to sample various cultured ingredients and scents developed by Ginkgo's state-of-the-art synthetic biology foundry.
