C Space’s interactive session will present compelling evidence as to why companies that genuinely "get" their customers outperform competitors. C Space’s research is grounded firmly in the customer's point of view. The companies that truly "get" their customers each share five characteristics that customers notice, value, and actively seek, regardless of industry: they are open, relevant, empathetic, rewarding, and delightful. In this session, C Space will explore these five traits in depth and highlight the importance of Customer Inspired Growth. With the help of audience members, C Space will discuss what you want from companies and what brands should know about how to make that happen.
